Transform Your Fitness Business with these 10 Automation tips in 2023

Before looking at creating new automations, first take notes of any tasks that you do more than 3 times and ask yourself;

  • Can this be automated?
  • Is it a recurring task you often forget?
  • Does it require a lot of task-switching between apps?
  • Is it too difficult to start because it's boring, repetitive, or complex?

1. Learn about Artificial Intelligence

it's not going anywhere. Using Automation and AI together will give you superpowers!

2. Automatically collect and analyse data across every point of your business

E.g. calls booked, leads converted, leads unconverted (and the reasons why), onboarding efficiency, check-in statistics, community engagement, programme feedback/reviews, social media/marketing stats, financial stats.

Easiest place to keep track of this data - Google Sheets.

Then use the data gathered to improve client retention and business processes.

If you aren't already doing this then you are missing a trick to not only streamline the experience for your clients but this will also reduce time you spend on responding to clients and providing feedback each week.

9. Create an automated Referral Loop

The best way to get more clients is by asking your existing ones!
