A Premium Personal Training Experience

One Percent Club is a premium personal training team based in Marylebone, London. They were growing quickly through referrals and returning clients, but they needed a website that could do two things at once, showcase the brand and results at a high-end level, and turn warm interest into real enquiries without adding more admin.

This project focused on building a clear, conversion-first site structure, supported by proof (transformations, testimonials, success stories) and long-form content (blog articles), with simple pathways to either apply or book a call.

The Challenge

One Percent Club already had the hard part, strong coaching, loads of transformations, and over 60 written articles. The issue was packaging it in a way that people could understand quickly.

Key challenges were:

  • The offer could be interpreted as “three different services” (fat loss, build muscle, optimise health), when in reality it’s one tailored process.
  • Attention spans are short, the site needed to communicate “this is for me” fast, without forcing visitors into multiple deep pages.
  • They needed a sales page they could send to warm leads directly, with zero distractions and a single next step.
  • They wanted the site to support growth beyond referrals, with SEO foundations, reviews, and proper tracking.

The Solution

I designed and built a premium, modern website experience that makes the offer feel simple, structured, and credible.

The site was shaped around two user journeys:

  • Cooler traffic landing on the main website to explore, build trust, and understand the brand.
  • Warmer leads being sent to a dedicated sales page with focused messaging, social proof, FAQs, and a clear call to action.

To support growth and reduce friction, we also:

  • Migrated and structured their long-form content into a website blog, with categories and better browsing.
  • Set up tracking (Google Analytics) so decisions could be made based on real user behaviour, not guesses.
  • Planned CTAs around how people actually enquire, apply form for lower friction, plus an optional Book a Call page for those ready now.

The site was planned with a clear page structure first, then refined through wireframes and a stylescape to lock in the premium look and feel.

Key elements included:

  • Clear page hierarchy and conversion flow (website vs sales page)
  • Components for success stories and transformations that can scale over time
  • Content layout designed for scanning, short sections, proof blocks, FAQs
  • Image direction for shoots, more “in-action” coaching shots, assessments, blood testing, wider gym establishing shots, and varied angles for flexibility across pages
  • A consistent visual system that feels high-end but still human, warm, and approachable
